On the Elections day the mentioned above Polling Stations will be opened for voting from 08.00 till 20.00 (local time).

To be put in the List of voters at a Polling Station on the Election day a voter is to verbally declare a wish to vote and to provide the representatives of the Commission with a valid Russian document (PASPORT*).

To be put in the List in advance, you are to send to The Consulate General of The Russian Federation written Declaration at least one day prior to the Election Day

The Declaration must contain not only your wish to be put in the list, but also your full name, passport validity date, address you live in Australia and number of the Polling Station you are planning to vote at.
